New Stepper Products: Comprehensive Drive Solutions from Economy to High-End Applications
To address the combined requirements of Japan's FA and basic electronics industries for space efficiency, precision positioning, and cost control, Leadshine presented a complete range of stepper solutions covering both high-end and cost-effective applications.
The four-axis integrated multi-axis drive adopts EtherCAT bus communication, enabling independent multi-axis control without interference. Compared with traditional single-axis solutions, it reduces installation space by 70% and shortens commissioning time by 30%.
The DM5 Series five-phase stepper system includes both pulse-control and EtherCAT bus versions. It delivers outstanding advantages including high positioning accuracy, low torque ripple, fast acceleration, and low operating noise.
The accompanying 5CM Series motors adopt advanced Japanese manufacturing processes and imported core materials, achieving a basic step angle of only 0.72° (with a high-resolution version of 0.36°). The HJ2 Series harmonic joint modules integrate motors, reducers, encoders, and drive units into a highly compact structure, making them suitable for high-dynamic joint applications including shoulders, elbows, wrists, and knees.
