Leadshine Patent Rights Protection Achieves New Victory

Recently, Leadshine won two patent rights protection cases against a domestic manufacture. After trials by the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court and the Guangdong Higher People's Court, both courts determined that the manufacturer had infringed Leadshine's patent rights and ruled it compensates Leadshine for its economic losses.
