SHENZHEN, April 23, 2026–Leadshine Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002979) released its 2025 Annual Report and 2026 First Quarter Report. Despite a complex macro environment, the Company continues to focus on its core strategy of ‘Intelligent Equipment Motion Control’, delivering five consecutive quarters of accelerating revenue growth with improving profitability and cash flow, marking the beginning of a new phase of high-quality development.
1. 2025 Full-Year and 2026 Q1 Results: Strong Growth Across Revenue, Profit, and Cash Flow
In 2025, Leadshine achieved full-year revenue of RMB 1.874 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 18.3% and reaching a new record high. Net profit attributable to shareholders stood at RMB 225 million, up 12.5% from the previous year.
On a quarterly basis, the Company delivered five consecutive quarters of accelerating revenue growth. Revenue growth rates improved sequentially from 2.4% in Q1 2025 to 13.4% in Q2, 23.2% in Q3, and 34.6% in Q4, with the momentum carrying into 2026. In the first quarter of 2026, revenue reached RMB 525 million, up 34.6% year-on-year, while net profit attributable to shareholders surged 200% to RMB 72 million.
Gross margin continued its steady upward trend, increasing from 38.25% in 2023 to 38.45% in 2024, 39.00% in 2025, and further to 38.94% in Q1 2026, reflecting ongoing product mix optimization and effective cost control measures.
2. R&D-Driven: Building a Sustainable Technology Moat
The Company deepened its presence in high-end sectors such as semiconductors and continued to drive import substitution. Servo systems ranked second in domestic market share, with servo revenue growing 30.0% and PLC revenue surging 52.2% in 2025. R&D investment remained above 10% of revenue for years, reaching approximately RMB 237 million in 2025, up 12.2%. The Company has accumulated 1,621 patents and authorizations.
3. Robotics Business: Accelerating the Second Growth Curve
Leadshine has become a key supplier of core components for humanoid robots in China, entering the supply chain of over 80% of mainstream humanoid robot manufacturers. The Company has delivered more than 120,000 frameless motors, representing over 20-fold year-on-year growth, and has received the “Excellent Supplier Partner” award from AgiBot. Harmonic and planetary joint modules, as well as 21-degree-of-freedom dexterous hands, have been successfully developed and are now in mass production. An automated production line with annual capacity of 2 million units is currently under construction.
Strategic Focus
Looking ahead, Leadshine targets revenue growth of 20% to 30% and net profit growth of 30% to 50% in 2026. The Company will continue to focus on its core intelligent manufacturing track – deepening presence in 3C, semiconductor, logistics, and packaging industries – while accelerating its mobile robotics track to capitalize on the humanoid robot opportunity.
