Industry Lines Going Global: Three-Pronged Collaboration to Build Benchmark Sectors in Turkey
Expanding industry lines globally is a critical path in Leadshine’s globalization strategy. Over the past several years, through distributor networks and project services, Leadshine has built deep technical credibility and customer trust in Turkey. With the formal establishment of a local team, Leadshine is now accelerating its shift from "standalone product export" to "comprehensive industry solution output." Driven by the three-pronged synergy of regional presence, product lines, and industry verticals, the company is intensifying efforts to build localized service capabilities.
Regional presence: Using the Turkey office as a hub, Leadshine focuses on system integrators and key industry accounts, extending service networks directly to customer sites to solve the "last mile" challenge overseas.
Product line traction: Leveraging hundreds of proven process packages from China and international certifications such as UL and STO, Leadshine rapidly deploys integrated "stepper + servo + controller" solutions, shortening project implementation cycles.
Industry focus: Precisely targeting Turkey’s advantageous industries such as woodworking, laser cutting, packaging, sheet metal bending, and mattress production, Leadshine has already created lighthouse projects with several leading manufacturers.

Going forward, Leadshine will drive deep integration of regional presence, product lines, and industry verticals as its engine, replicating the expansion model of "focus on industries – engage key accounts – create benchmark projects – radiate across sectors" in Turkey, making industry line globalization a scalable growth driver for Leadshine’s global strategy.
Global Footprint, Local Deep Cultivation: Leadshine Accelerates Its Global Service Network
In recent years, as Leadshine’s overseas business has grown, customers have placed higher demands on localized service capabilities. What overseas customers need is not just products, but on-site responsiveness, spare parts availability, and cultural understanding. Only by rooting locally can Leadshine move from "product export" to "value co-creation."
Currently, Leadshine has established subsidiaries/offices in Japan, Vietnam, India, and Turkey, with local sales and service teams.
In 2026, the company will further expand its service network, with offices in Italy, Russia, and the United States actively being planned to better serve European and North American markets.
As a leading domestic motion control enterprise, Leadshine continues to lead the industry in core product areas:
Stepper systems have maintained the No.1 market share in China for over 15 consecutive years.
Servo systems achieved over 30% year-on-year revenue growth in 2025, ranking second among domestic servo brands.
Small PLCs posted a 41.6% growth rate – the highest among all brands in China – and rank among the top three domestic brands.
As "Physical AI" becomes a global technology trend, motion control serves as the critical bridge connecting the "AI brain" with "physical execution." Leadshine has built a complete product portfolio covering dexterous hands, joint modules, frameless motors, coreless motors, and other core components, and is now a supplier to 80% of mainstream humanoid robot manufacturers in China. In the semiconductor space, Leadshine has strategically invested in Synopsys (referring to Qiji Semiconductor) and is jointly developing next-generation motion control chips specifically for humanoid robots, extending its reach from system integration to upstream core chips – a direct move toward full self-reliance. Leadshine is currently building an annual production capacity of 2 million units, reinforcing its traditional motion control strengths while embracing the coming wave of industrialization with forward-looking strategic planning.
Starting from Istanbul, Leadshine is carrying the firm belief of "Deep Cultivation in Turkey, Co-creating New Smart Manufacturing," integrating China’s proven motion control capabilities into the industrial fabric of Eurasia. Every local foothold is a solid step in the global journey; every value co-creation is a powerful echo of the smart manufacturing future.
